Professional Summary: Stacy Odom offers extensive knowledge of the Ark-La-Tex market and broad commercial real estate experience spanning retail, medical, investment sales, office, and industrial projects. As an Associate Broker, she has served both local and national clients, specializing in retail site selection, buyer and tenant representation, landlord representation, and corporate portfolio acquisitions and dispositions. Her client roster includes brands such as Aldi, AutoZone, Newk’s Eatery, Capital One, Tommy Xpress Car Wash, Ochsner Medical, and Great Clips. Licensed in both Louisiana and Texas, she is an active member of the Louisiana CCIM Chapter, ICSC, the Retail Broker’s Network, and NTCAR. She also supports her community through involvement in the Greater Shreveport Chamber Leadership program, the Junior League of Shreveport-Bossier, Friends of the Meadows Museum, and the Samaritan Counseling Center. Ms. Odom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate from the University of Texas at Austin.
